How do I manage my subscription or cancel my account?
You can manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade your plan, or cancel your account at any time. Simply log in, navigate to your Account Settings, and find the "Billing & Subscription" tab. All your options will be available there.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Stripe.
AI Tools & Features
How do I add the AI Chat Bot to my website?
It's simple! After creating your bot in the "AI Chat Bots" section, we will provide you with a small snippet of JavaScript code. Just copy and paste this code into the <body> or <head> section of your website's HTML, and your bot will be live.
How does the "Bot Training" work?
You can train your AI Chat Bot on your own custom data. You can:
- Upload documents (like PDFs, .txt, or .csv files).
- Paste in text directly.
- Add website URLs for the bot to crawl and learn from.
This ensures the bot's answers are specific to your business and brand.
How do I connect my social media accounts to the Social Media Suite?
Go to the "Social Media Suite" from your main dashboard. You will see an "Add Account" or "Connect Profile" button. Click it and follow the secure on-screen instructions to authorize AI Aarna to post on your behalf for Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Who owns the content (articles, images, videos) I create?
You do. As detailed in our Terms of Service, you own all right, title, and interest in the unique content you generate using our tools. You are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes, as long as your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
How does the "AI Influencer" or "AI Avatar" feature work?
Our AI Influencer studio allows you to create engaging video clips without a camera or actors. You can:
- Choose from a library of realistic, pre-built virtual avatars.
- Type a script for your influencer to say.
- Use our AI Voiceover tool to select a voice style.
The system will then generate a video of your AI avatar speaking your script, perfect for social media clips or product promos (like from a URL).
Can I send bulk messages with the WhatsApp & Telegram Marketing Suite?
Our Marketing Suite is designed for permission-based marketing and automated engagement, not for sending unsolicited bulk spam (which violates the terms of service for both WhatsApp and Telegram).
You can create content, plan campaigns, and schedule messages to your existing, opted-in contact lists and bot subscribers.
What is the "Brand Voice" feature?
The Brand Voice feature is a powerful tool for consistency. You can upload your brand guidelines, product descriptions, or examples of your writing style (e.g., "friendly and casual" or "formal and professional"). All our AI content creators (like the Article Wizard and Social Media Suite) will then use this "voice" to ensure all generated content matches your specific brand identity.
What is the difference between the "AI Image Generator" and the "Canva Pro style Creative Suite"?
They work together!
- The AI Image Generator creates new, unique images from a text prompt (e.g., "a blue robot holding a sign").
- The Creative Suite is the editor (like Canva Pro) where you take that generated image (or your own uploads) and add text, filters, layers, and graphics to turn it into a final social media post, ad, or banner.
